Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Three Things Daily cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting crystal@threethingsdaily.xyz customer support team.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Three Things Daily with accurate and complete billing information that may include but not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Three Things Daily to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Three Things Daily reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.
Three Things Daily may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for Free Trial, you will not be charged by Three Things Daily until Free Trial has expired. On the last day of Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, Three Things Daily reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Three Things Daily, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Three Things Daily will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days of the original purchase of the Contract.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Three Things Daily and governs use of this app made available through the Apple App Store.
By installing the Three Things Daily App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Three Things Daily App.
In order to ensure Three Things Daily provides the best experience possible for everyone, we strongly enforce a no tolerance policy for objectionable content. If you see inappropriate content, please use the "Report as offensive" feature found under each post.
This Agreement is between you and Three Things Daily only, and not Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you. Three Things Daily, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Three Things Daily App and its content.
Three Things Daily may collect and use information about your usage of the Three Things Daily App, including certain types of information from and about your device. Three Things Daily may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the Three Things Daily App.
Three Things Daily grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use theThree Things Daily App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use theThree Things Daily App on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
By using the Three Things Daily App, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 17 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under 17 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian; and (c) your use of the Three Things Daily App does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your access to the Three Things Daily App may be terminated without warning if Three Things Daily believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 17 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent to your child's use of the Three Things Daily App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in respect to your child's use of the Three Things Daily App.
Content may not be submitted to Three Things Daily, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.
Three Things Daily disclaims all warranties about the Three Things Daily App to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, Three Things Daily, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for such warranty.
Three Things Daily does provide minimal maintenance or support for it but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, Three Things Daily, not Apple, shall be obligated to furnish any such maintenance or support.
Three Things Daily, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the Three Things Daily App or use of it, including, but not limited to: (i) any product liability claim; (ii) any claim that the Three Things Daily App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) any claim arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed an admission that you may have such claims.
Three Things Daily shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third party claim arising out or relating to the Three Things Daily App. To the extent Three Things Daily is required to provide indemnification by applicable law, Three Things Daily, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any claim that the Three Things Daily App or your use of it infringes any third party intellectual property right.
