  • What: Work that challenges me and I can enjoy; Why is it so: I've had a supportive family and colleagues, & humans naturally help those around them 🙂
  • What: The feeling of being well exercised; Why is it so: I took time to exercise yesterday, helped by the amazing weather. I'm getting better at owning my time
  • What: Friends have been keeping in touch with me; Why is it so: I reciprocate keeping in touch, we have good history & friendship, I and we are friendly

3 Things I’m Grateful For Today

  • Days where there are sun beams my pets can bask in.
  • Morning walks with the dog (as hard as it is to make us both get out there so early)
  • Frozen pizzas that are easy to make for dinner when we're too tired to cook

  • The opportunity to share Jesus to others as the only Lord and Savior.
  • The good results of my blood tests.
